Ingredients
For Dough
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
1/2 tsp Carom Seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
To taste Salt
For Scrambled Eggs Stuffing
3 Eggs
1 Onion, finely chopped
3-4 Green Chilies, finely chopped
1 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tbsp Olive Oil
To taste Salt
Method
? Knead soft dough using the ingredients for the dough with required amount of water.
? Heat Pan, add oil followed by eggs and all other ingredients to make scrambled egg.
? Roll dough into a round flat bread. Stuff scrambled egg and make a ball. Roll the stuffed ball again into a round flat bread.
? Heat Tawa, grease it by adding oil, cook the paratha on both sides properly. Serve hot with relish, curd or raita.
