The seating area is designed in a way that you are completely safe and separate from other people dining there. It has variations in seating arrangements as well with indoor and outdoor dining areas.
The menu focuses mostly on Mediterranean dishes, ranging from Al Mashawi to 
Babaganoush, Batata Harra to Zuppa D�aglio. To please the Nepali Palate, El Beso Caro also serves some ever popular traditional Nepali Dishes like Khasi ko Hyakula, Hans ko Chhoyela, Bara, Momocha. You can enjoy the dishes of your choice followed by exotic desserts.
The Executive Chef of the hotel, Suman Napit has decades long experience in various both the cuisines served in the restaurant. He mentioned that the use of all fresh and quality ingredients is doing magic on all the dishes being served.
