Ingredients
30 ml Bacardi White Rum
30 ml Dark Rum
15 ml Midori
60 ml Pineapple juice
A dash Grenadine Syrup�
Method
� Shake all ingredients in a shaker except dark rum and grenadine syrup with few cubes of ice.
� Strain into a champagne saucer.
� Add a dash of grenadine syrup.
� Float dark rum. Serve immediately.
